Looking for durable black exterior shutters that don't fade in Texas sun? I tested the Ekena Millwork Lifetime Vinyl LP2S14X06300BL Standard Two Equal Panel Vinyl Shutters, Raised Panel, Black 14.75"W x 63"H.
This is Amazon's #1 bestseller for vinyl shutters — 2,300+ reviews, 4.8 stars. Here's my honest breakdown.

Why I Recommend It For Houston Homes (77042, Katy 77494)
- Weather Resistant: Texas heat + hurricane rain = wood rots. Vinyl doesn't. No warping.
- Easy Install: 15 mins per window with included Shutter-Loks. No pro needed.
- Curb Appeal: Raised panel looks expensive — works on brick, stucco, and Hardie board.
